Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow. we had to wait far too long for room service and breakfast items. Additionally, our room was not what we had booked, and it took quite a while to get it resolved, which added to our frustration. It's disheartening to see a place we expected to enjoy not meet those expectations.

The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay. The guards were especially helpful with my luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I also appreciated the amenities provided in my Superior Double or Twin Room, enhancing my comfort. The breakfast offered was decent and gave me the necessary energy for my day.

Rooms need serious cleaning attention!!! The rooftop pool was merely a mirage during my stay, and the slow drainage in the shower made for an unpleasant experience!!! It’s essential to maintain your amenities and cleanliness!!!

However, the room air conditioning wasn’t working properly, making our stay a bit uncomfortable, especially during the hotter hours of the day.

I had a fantastic stay where the spacious room and the delightful dinner buffet really stole the show! I loved chilling by the lovely outdoor swimming pool and enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. The only hiccup was that it took a bit longer for room service to arrive, but it wasn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things. 😊
